Status

It is Saturday. I hope to complete the week 7 paper today (course: Information Technology Decision Support).

Busy day today

It was a busy day today. I went shopping, wrote an article, and completed the first post for week 7 of my IT Decision Support course! (see some of my activities here: https://www.instagram.com/moorefo1picblog/). I am proud of all I accomplished. I am pretty sure the NCU weekly assignments are producing good results/externalities - I am now much faster.

I will work on my prayer bible study later - maybe tomorrow.

  

Updated profiles today

I spent some time today updating the header/cover photos of almost all of my social media profiles (Twitter, Facebook, etc.). I planned to work on other things, but ended up "playing around" with my photos/images for my profiles because of internet connectivity issues at our apartment community (in the lab and some other areas). I will work on my assignment when the internet works normally again.

I also managed to complete Day 12 of my prayer bible study/challenge:

New Year

It is 1/1/2017 - the first day of the new year! I did not ring in (or celebrate) the new year in a special way. I was not at a party or special event. I did not even watch the countdown on tv. And, the first day was very busy. I completed and submitted an assignment & completed other work. I just completed Day 8 of the 31-day scripture writing challenge on prayer I am taking & added it to Pinterest.

My note: Matthew 6 is full of information on how to pray - pray in secret, do not use many words etc. "Many words" - I think this means there is no need for long prayers that include certain "cookie-cutter" details, that repeat the same things over and over, are complex, or are polished/enhanced to seem smart. Your prayers should reflect you - your style and personality. (FahmeenaOdetta)

2017 is off to a great start! I expect it to be a very busy year. In 2017, I will continue to march towards that PhD.
